Our downtown client in the software industry is currently seeking 5-10 individuals to join their dynamic team! They are a relatively new start up company and have an outstanding company culture. In the position you will be responsible for reaching out to clients, getting them excited about their product and working with Account Directors to reach sales targets.

  • Calling prospective clients to generate sales leads

General administration duties which may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Inputting client information into the database
  • Typing and preparation of correspondence.
  • Physical and electronic filing.
  • Maintaining client database in Word and Excel.
  • Providing general office support


  • Bachelors Degree is an asset
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work in a repetitive work environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Professional and friendly phone demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Getting along well with others is essential!

This is a direct hire position. Salary is based upon experience.
