Salary: Reception positions range from $11-15/hr based upon experience and length of assignment
- Front Desk Reception in Corporate setting
- Answering all incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel
- Assisting with administrative duties; filing, data entry, emails and maybe even couriers
- Opening incoming mail and distributing it to the correct departments or mail staff
- Experience with Meridian or Nortel system an asset
- Meet, greet and sign in visitors
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 1-2 years previous reception experience an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship building
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Meridian Telephone System not required but considered an asset
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
