Our client located in Markham is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English, French) to start immediately.
Must have good credit score and clear criminal record
Five (5) weeks will be full time training (Day Shift)
Guaranteed minimum 25 hours per week. Employees could be scheduled to work more than 25 hours per week as needed by the business up to 37.5hrs/week.
This is a Bilingual role. Candidates must be fluent in English and French both written and verbal.
You will join a dedicated team of professional telephone agents who provide exceptional customer service to clientele.
Through inbound service calls, you will provide timely and accurate guidance and service to cardholders for a variety of product lines, plans and programs.
Your responsibility will be to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations; contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls; and achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet customer needs.
You will be able to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand business through cross-selling/value-add opportunities.
Must adhere to both professional practices and standards.
A requirement of the role is to meet monthly Sales, Customer Service, Productivity and Compliance targets. 100% responding to inbound customer calls.
Have a proven ability to effectively multi-task & demonstrate effective problem solving attributes.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential.
Demonstrated skills in identifying customer needs and providing sales advice solutions that benefit customers are needed to be successful in this role.
