We are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated Office Administrator/Receptionist. The duties of this full-time position include answering the telephone, database management, filing, faxing, photocopying, mail distribution, data entry into spreadsheets, dictation, maintaining inventory, and general knowledge of office management.
The successful candidate will have:
- excellent typing and computer skills including competency using MS Office, Word and Excel
- superior written and oral communication skills
- the ability to be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- a keen eye for detail
- a motivated work ethic and the ability to complete tasks unsupervised
- a neat appearance and pleasant demeanor
