HOURS OF WORK
Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 PM until 5:30 AM (may be subject to change for vacation coverage, etc)
$17.00 per hour plus $1.10 shift premium
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisors, the Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Operations department.
-Prepare all paperwork for each route including invoicing, driver trip reports, and organizing transportation of dangerous goods sheets before ICA arrives at the OPCO.
-Files purchase orders with accuracy to ensure they can be retrieved in a timely fashion to assist all areas of administration.
-Close all loads (routes) in SWMS for next day’s deliveries. Responsible for the flow of shipping and receiving to ensure on time departures. Adhere strictly to every route’s departure times.
-Monitor SWMS for short runs on completed routes and communicate to supervisors when routes are not getting closed in a timely fashion.
-Responsible for all selector shorts during the selection process by prioritizing drops in a timely fashion; keying in the next available letdown for selectors coming into the shipping office requesting drops; entering mark-outs when product is physically not in the building.
-Pull completed routes from IDS, run invoices and trip reports in a timely fashion.
-Ensure all ICA’s are checked out in a timely fashion via the driver check out/in process.
-Verifies inputting of code dates and weighted product, reports any errors to Inventory Control department.
-Trailer loading and mapping using Syntelic software.
-Performs other duties as required.
-Successful completion of Grade 12 is required with a minimum 1 year related experience.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, superior customer service skills, time management and organizational skills.
-Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office.
-Related experience in the Food Service Industry would be considered an asset.
