Based in Etobicoke, Ontario, SysTem SMGCan is a well-established property investment company with 2 local sites plus others in the region and property lets to over 90 commercial tenants.
This opportunity to join our small, friendly team would suit an organised, numerate and accurate individual who must be competent and experienced in the use of Sage (Line 50 and Payroll) as well as possessing a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. With daily responsibilities for financial processing and reconciliation, your range of duties will include book keeping, credit control and general administration. Comfortable working independently and as part of the team, you will have regular contact with our tenants so a professional telephone manner is key.
