Qualifications

Education:

Position requires a college diploma/ university degree preferred (in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent).

Experience / Skills / Other Requirements:

Expert in Oracle Fusion Development Stack including technology platforms like Oracle WebCenter 11g, Oracle ADF 11g, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Database11g
3+ years of hands-on experience with large Oracle relational databases (10g and above) and UNIX / Linux environments.
3+ years of extensive development experience with SQL, PL/SQL
3+ years of Java and J2EEexperience building enterprise web applications using ADF, JDeveloper and JSF (or similar web development technologies)
2+ years’ experience on packaging and deploying web applications on Oracle Application Server 10g and FMW and Oracle Application Server 11g
3+ years building applications that utilizes enterprise middleware.
3+ years of experience in Oracle Forms 10g/11g
Experience developing UI components for various client layers
Strong communication skills (written, reading comprehension, listening, verbal).

Responsibilities

Code and maintain components in Oracle JDeveloper 10g/11g using ADF, JSF on Oracle Application sever 10g and Oracle Weblogic application server 11g
Extensive knowledge on Object Oriented Design, Architecture and design patterns
Train and mentor existing technical staff on ObjectOriented Technology and web paradigm
Develop and maintain service layer components in JDeveloper
Maintain components in Oracle 11g and extracting Forms components and design them in OO
Provide application support for Production, UAT and QA testers.
Provide 24x7 (Tier 3) application production support on a rotation basis.
Require occasional overtime and travel.
Strong understanding and experience with advanced development concepts such as performance tuning in SQL and multi-tier web environments
