Provide administrative support to the project including project documentation, tracking, reporting and follow-up.
Ensuring project documentation and artifacts are kept up to date in the SharePoint site
Tracking action items and due dates and following up responsible individuals as action items come due
Assisting with the preparation of training logistics and arranging facilities, and tracking training registrants and attendees
Take notes during meetings and producing meeting minutes
Setting up meetings upon request
Create/start on the Project Artifacts for each of the releases/projects required
Assist with the team on anything they would need related to the projects (if needed)
Must be able to handle immediate requests and produce quick turnarounds
Must have MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project)
Must be able to take initiative in following up on tasks/action items
Must have a good knowledge and experience with PMI’s PMLC, artifacts and good understanding of what goes into the artifacts (content)
Excellent communication skills
Able to work collaboratively
Good interpersonal skills
Flexibility in work hours (in case the person needs to work later than the standard 7.5 hrs often with short notice)
