Pros: save on gas money, able to wear what you would like, no common office atmosphere
Cons: no schedule reliability, no upper management accountability, false promises, no permanent advancement, no position stability, almost zero communication
A wise person once said "if you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all."

Working from home is really nice but it pretty much stops there.

It was always very busy at work, lots to do and deadlines to meet. Sykes home was a decent company to deal with. However the client they have in Canada is a hardass who does not think about its employees and only cares about the bottom dollar. Sykes only has so much pull before the client says to remove someone from the program
