The Customer Service Sales (CSS) Representative sells and supports new and existing accounts with after market products and services within a defined territory.
-Solicits new business within territory
-Contacts current customers to sell after market products and services including, service, programmed maintenance, rental, parts, allied products, tire assessment, battery and chargers
-Performs a customer service function including initiating and follow-up with customers to resolve problems, answer questions about invoicing, products or services
-Prepares and presents quotes and recommends products or services based on customer business needs
-Creates and maintains sales activity in e-dealer
This position requires the ability to travel to customer sites on a daily basis; a valid driver’s license is required.
Education & Work Experience
High school completion or equivalent education proficiency and/or 1-3 year’s experience in a sales position. Technical knowledge of fork lifts is an asset.

The territory in which this position would cover is Trois Riviere and the reporting office would be located in Saint Nicolas, Qc.
