POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Exceptional customer relationship management
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Strong team player, ability to adapt and work cooperatively with various individuals
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuing education with enrollment in CAIB/CIP courses
- 2-3 years Personal Lines Customer Service experience
- Agency Manager (TAM) experience preferred
POSITION OVERVIEW - Provide exceptional day to day service to clients
- Maintain professional relationship with insures to maximize new business growth and retention opportunities
- Managing an assigned book of business, as well as back up any other team member
- Up selling, cross selling and obtaining expiry dates at every opportunity
- Processing new application and policy changes on Insurance Company Portals
- Responding directly to client queries or requests
- Assisting all producers when required
- Back up to Claims Team, reporting claims, assisting client to ensure service excellence
- Follow all internal procedures on maintaining information integrity of computer records
- Recognizing changes in trends, issues, company policies and their potential impacts
- Other related duties as may be required
