  • Exceptional customer relationship management

  • Commitment to continuing education with enrollment in CAIB/CIP courses
  • 2-3 years Personal Lines Customer Service experience
  • Agency Manager (TAM) experience preferred


  • Provide exceptional day to day service to clients
  • Maintain professional relationship with insures to maximize new business growth and retention opportunities
  • Managing an assigned book of business, as well as back up any other team member
  • Up selling, cross selling and obtaining expiry dates at every opportunity
  • Processing new application and policy changes on Insurance Company Portals
  • Responding directly to client queries or requests
  • Assisting all producers when required
  • Back up to Claims Team, reporting claims, assisting client to ensure service excellence
  • Follow all internal procedures on maintaining information integrity of computer records
  • Recognizing changes in trends, issues, company policies and their potential impacts
  • Other related duties as may be required
