What We Look For in an Agent

- A positive personality, with excellent customer service skills
- We’re looking for individuals with Completion of high school, Completion of
college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university
- Proven experience in a customer service environment, with no less than 1 year
- A working knowledge with computers in the Windows environment
- Flexibility to work shift work which can include early mornings, late evening,
weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to multitask in our fast paced, time sensitive environment
- A professional appearance, able to represent the PDL brand to our clients
- Fluency in both oral and written English, French needed
$14.00 to $17.00 hourly, 40 hours per week plus other benefits.
