Employee Development Coordinator (Former Employee), dubaiNovember 10, 2014
The last job i worked with Supreme was as the Employee Development Coordinator, basically coordinating all the technical training's required for the employees. Arranging training schedules, certificates, training reports to the senior management.

Learned to use the MS Sharepoint wherein it was used for recording and maintaing all the technical training – more... files and reports on the Sharepoint system.

Had good management team to work & supportive coworkers. I enjoyed my work as I was exposed to the training side apart from working in the HR department. – less

Retail Pricing/Inventory Admin (Former Employee), Dubai, Silicon OasisOctober 19, 2014
Pros: if the team failed to deliver before the deadline of roll out, the store will be affected as they might use the old data or figures or prices.
Cons: this might result in the low of sales and customer disatisfaction
One of the difficult part during my tenure as Retail Pricing Administrator is the switching point, of Point Of Sales from the old one to the new system.

Field Manager (Former Employee), Kandahar, AfghanistanOctober 11, 2014
Pros: good money
Cons: the lost of family time
Moved from base to base, within Afghanistan borders. I worked with people from different countries and cultures. Management was good. All of us were goal oriented. The hardest part of the job was being there for 3 to 4 months there, we didn't spend that much time with our family. At the end it was worth the cause. Traveling was the most enjoyable part.

Supreme Group was a very professional and well organised company staffed by many top quality professionals who where all focused on the task in hand.
GROUP SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER and SITE SUPER (Former Employee), AfghanistanSeptember 10, 2014
Pros: many pros - free accommodation, food, life support
Cons: long unpaid hours above and beyond the written contract
Working in a conflict zone no day was the same, each day was different and everything depended on the threat, our mission was to supply and meet delivery dates in support of our clients. Each day i learnt something new or altered my thought process on the various tasks i was responsible for Problem Solving and Good Risk Management was the main order – more... daily. Luckily i was surrounded by good senior manager who managed the junior managers and staff accordingly for the success of the daily tasks and missions. Many of the junior staff members and some junior managers although very professional in their role required more supervision and guidance due to the location we where working. The hardest part of the job was getting the board to spend money (when they knew the contract was ending) on correct safety equipment for the staff. Getting up in the morning knowing something new will happen today. – less

One of the Best Companies
UNIT MANAGER (Former Employee), DubaiMarch 26, 2014
Pros: all what is accepted in contract
Cons: 9 hrs a day
I had very good experience in this Company
When you work for long time long days of course there will be difficulties and stress and sometimes misunderstanding with your co workers,But everything will pass
The company treat employees Correctly
This company when the profit goes up they also share some of the profit to all employees by increasing their – more... bonus or paycheck,This system helps the company to motivate employees to work harder and think more about the future of the company

The Support from OPS Manager was always on time
The Support from HR for travel or any other reason was always perfect

The hardest part of the Job was to work LOL..
In any duty there is Hard part but during this experience I had hard time to straight one Small camp with low budget,In this little camp it took me one month to find the way to satisfy the client with a good product and the company cost ,and this was one the hardest experience in my Life,But after I puted all in place I received emails from contract managers and from the Military with Certificates for the good job I did.One of the emails that came from The Company .She told me: Thank you for all you have done to make this client happy. She told me that she never received an email from that client telling her they are happy with the product and with the Manager in place

I did enjoy another 2 months left for me at that camp after I solve all the Issues

I Also did enjoy the support from My Area ops Manager there where two of them and they were always close to help me with anything I needed in that Small Camp

Normally when people met me they think I only like to have fun and They never know what I am able to do until I surprise them when solving a big Issue
The QAQC team was 100% Correct and most of the camps had their QA In Place and very strict. But Also it helped all employees to stay Correct in Food Safety
HSE Team was also there in place if not there was an QA well trained employee who did QAQC and HSE but very strict and this helped Managers like me to do other duties easy

I My Self Enjoyed working for Supreme – less
