Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English-French or English-Spanish is an asset)
Terms of Employment: MUST be willing to work graveyard shifts

Computer with minimum 2 Gig RAM and dual core processor with high speed internet
A phone line without voicemail
A quiet place to work with no background noise
If you have children, would need to supply your own method of child care
Training is done from home using both telephone and computer.
The person who will be the most effective in this position is someone who has experience with customer service skills, providing excellent customer support, computer knowledge, superb written and oral communication and is highly focused on assisting customer while keeping the company's policy and procedures in mind.
