Entry level position: Call Centre Agent (12 - 8pm)
Sunshine Brands®, one of Canada’s leading franchising companies, is growing rapidly and looking to hire a full time Call Centre Agent to be based out of our home office in Orangeville, Ontario.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiries. They will be responsible for updating and maintaining the CRM database with changes and new information. The agent will be working closely with our franchise partners to ensure a consistent customer experience across Canada.
The ideal applicant will have prior experience with customer service or call centre operations. This position will require exceptional phone skills and ability to resolve customer issues. Previous use of a CRM and Call Centre Management System is a strong asset. You must be able to manage your time well as this can be a fast paced environment. This position will be paying $13.50 an hour.
