Entry level position: Call Centre/Administrative support

The successful applicant must be able to work in a team environment and posses strong written and verbal communication skills to enhance the customer service experience. You will work closely with other home office team members providing administrative support and with franchise owners with data entry, systems and call centre support.

Administrative duties include but are not limited to:

 prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
 file and retrieve documents and reference materials
 conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
 data entry into CRM systems to maintain and current and accurate data base
 monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
 answer and manage incoming calls
 co-ordinate project-based work

Call centre duties include but are not limited to:

 Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries
 Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
 Update the CRM database with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
 Ensure clear communication with Head Office and franchise owners
 Besides the job related skills, a call center agent also

Previous experience in customer service and or call centre is strongly desired. We are looking for a team member that wants to create a remarkable experience for customers, work hard and have fun doing it. Must possess basic computer skills including MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to deliver high customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email. Bilingual (English and French) is not required, but will be considered an asset, and such candidates will be highly preferred. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.
