• Provide overall assistance to the sales team with particular emphasis on strategic account management.
• Interfaces across the organization with prospects and/or existing client accounts: Complete Sales Operations
• Generate sales proposals and contracts through all available company systems (Oracle) and internal resources.
• Provide overall support of sales processes with respect to navigating the SunGard contracting process.
• Build different types of solutions utilizing the Oracle quoting tool (Q2C) and a solid understanding of the sales forecast process utilizing salesforce.com.
