Account Executive - DL 180

  • Working in a “Solutions-Based Selling Environment” to various levels of management
  • Grow customer relationships and sales of core products and services within a defined geographic assignment
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customers
  • Develop and execute a Business Plan to achieve corporate and sales strategies and targets
  • Present full line of Records Management Solutions: paper-based filing systems, document tracking, labeling software and professional services
  • Work within the sales methodology for account coverage and penetration
  • Main objective is to grow the account base and reach sales targets
  • Degree or College Diploma preferred


  • 2+ years direct sales experience with proven results in a competitive market where service is most expensive
  • Strong understanding of business issues
  • Passionate about prospecting and strong closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain sales relationships
  • Excellent appearance and professional manner
  • Strong written, communication and presentation skills
  • Takes initiative, works independently and is entrepreneurial
  • Mix of Territory Management, Account Planning and New Business Development skills
  • Solid skills with desktop tools, especially Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork and willingness to maintain corporate standards
