Eh, not too bad, but could use some polishing up.
Estimator (Former Employee), AlbertaFebruary 2, 2014
Pros: huge potential for advancement
Cons: lack of leadership foundations.
The company has the potential to being an outstanding company to work for. They simply lack good consistent leadership.

Pay: Not too bad - lots of overtime.
People: 60-70% of them are great.
Environment: Depending on where you work - you could be in BC or al the way in Sask in a camp.
Benefits: Not Bad, Good
Vacation: Good

I work at SODCL as a consultant - therefore I may not be able to provide an opinion of the attitude towards employees. Generally, my understanding and feel is its a good company with nice people to work with.
