Its a good start to work for.

Stuart Olson Dominion is an acceptable company to work for, however, also the industrial division management need some improvements since it was fairly new. I liked the respect and the friendly culture among employee.

Dont sign up to be a carpenter, because they rarely self preform jobs, they pay well but all you do is hand rail and tarps

The work varies from site to site, depending on who your project leads are the job can go smooth or not. But in general its a good place to learn the concept of project coordination.

Eh, not too bad, but could use some polishing up.

The company has the potential to being an outstanding company to work for. They simply lack good consistent leadership.

Pay: Not too bad - lots of overtime.
People: 60-70% of them are great.
Environment: Depending on where you work - you could be in BC or al the way in Sask in a camp.
Benefits: Not Bad, Good
