Best part of the job is the people and the culture that is focused around strengths. If you pass the Gallup personality test you will for sure be a "Stryker fit"
The – more... people are ambitious, competitive, hard working and intelligent, with a lot of personality.
Hardest part of the job is that there's little work life balance. Typically someone that works for Stryker will wear multiple hats and perform many tasks that aren't in their "job function" or job description.
Senior management is excellent, c-level management is sub par and often times senior management doesn't have the ability to devote necessary resources to important projects.
