I enjoyed coaching my reps to top performance. I miss my Stryker co-workers.

Interesting and fun place to be, leaving a person not the company.

A typical day would include traveling and supplying hospitals with surgery implants , taking inventory and data entry . I learned a tremendous amount of medical terminology and proper procedures when working in hospitals.

The job is very interesting and always changing. Being a problem solver is a must and a teacher of technique

Learned how to use robotic machines . I liked working with my coworkers.Good clean and health enviornment.

Overworked and Stressed Out employees always complaining about Management. Too much competition and no room for growth. Strict HR rules.

Establish and maintiain relationships among surgeons and staff in the O.R. Inform physicians and staff about current and new medical devices. On-going training on medical procedures, devices and O.R. protocol to maintain one-step ahead of the competition.

Management does not listen to employees and could care less about workers on the floor,you are just a number to them.I would not recommend them to anybody unless you are working in the offices.

My day to day work was to maintain new accounts in good standing, build a relationship, and communicate with nurses.
I learned marketing strategies and how to build a relationship with clients.
My supervisor who was also the sales representative thought me the marketing aspects. Our team was small but efficient, never had an issue with both of them.

Relocated from SE New Hampshire and never really seems to fit in with the locals.

Go in at 3:30 pm and leave at 12:00am I worked mainly at the warehouse and I would load and unload products. I would package the products into the boxes go to the wrapping machine wrap the boxes on a pallet then take the pallets to the trucks. What I learned is about medical equipment and what parts are used on someones body. The management was very – more... well and I appreciate what they had done for me. My co-workers for the most part were great lots of laughs and energy, also very productive. I think the hardest part of my job was that it was a temp to hire and at any minute I could lose my job. But the most enjoyable part of my job is the fact that I got to save lives since I sterilized ultra sonic scalpels and other medical devices that are put into someone everyday. – less

Very typical office, everyone is focused in on their won tasks for the day, i learned a lot about the industry and the corporate envirorment. Ever day is different being an Endoscopic Specialist for Stryker. You meet new Doctors and people everyday and just get to notice how the medical industry works. Being in the operating room is such a privilege as you get to see doctors perform surgeries to help better people's lives. I learned how to melt metals and I found manufacturing to be quite an experience.
It was amazing how raw materials could be processed and truned into something very useful to society.

Great Wages, but poor management and unfair treatment. If the Sales Team and coworkers weren't so great never would of been there as long as i was. Management needs to be replaced with someone qualified with people skills.

they dont care about their employees, drop you the second they dont need you. good money, health insurence, optical 401k. no loyalty
