  • Make outbound calls to existing customers using the designated script/format
  • Accurately complete and record Customer Service Index (CSI) reports
  • Book sales and service appointments
  • Confirm service appointments by telephone or email
  • Help distribute incoming leads to available sales reps/account managers
  • Assist in notification of customers for special events
  • Complete any special customer contact projects required by other departments
  • Capture customer data and input into CRM program
  • Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other targets as set by management
  • Answer phones using branded greeting
  • Respond to customer chat requests promptly and professionally
  • Provide customers with vehicle and service information
  • Identify, research and resolve customer issues using available resources
  • Transfer calls to appropriate staff extensions
  • Complete call logs and all other reports required by supervisor/management
  • Recognize, document and alert management of trends in calls or CSI scores
  • Keep abreast of changes in the automotive industry including
  • Act with integrity and ensure that all actions are in line with the company’s core values
  • Obtain/maintain a valid OMVIC licence
  • All other duties as assigned/requested/required
  • Functions, duties and titles may change

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years call center experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Automotive experience an asset
  • Understanding of the prospecting, sales and automotive service processes
  • Solid understanding of automotive terminology
  • Additional languages an asset
  • Very strong interpersonal, communication and active listening skills
  • Strong observational skills
  • Manual dexterity – typing
  • Data entry
  • Computer literate – internet, email, word processors, CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of Excel
  • Multi line phone systems and phone queue systems an asset
  • Clean criminal record check
