We are currently looking for an experienced full time Appointment Coordinator/Service Advisor.
Reporting to the Service Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Scheduling customer appointments.
Selling service and vehicle maintenance to customers.
Writing Repair Orders.
Understanding and following Warranty Policy.
Promoting the dealership Service, Parts, and Sales Departments.
Qualified candidates must have strong phone and customer skills.
This position is performance driven and customer serviced focused.
