This position is responsible for delivering a life skills/pre-employment stabilization program. The successful candidate will have certification as a Life Skills coach and a minimum of 3 years experience and/or 5 years experience in facilitating life skills programming with street involved people. The Life Skills facilitator will organize and schedule program activities, select appropriate material, assess participants suitability for the program, develop individualized goal plans with participants, identify participant strengths and barriers, provide stabilization supports, monitor progress and provide feedback, maintain confidential participant records, prepare reports on activities and progress, and work with staff in the Employment program to determine appropriate referrals.
