We are looking for a part-time Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in our Sherwood Park, Alberta office. The successful candidate will have a Human Resources Management Diploma or equivalent and experience with recruiting for the construction industry. Hours and days of work are flexible but it is expected that each work week will comprise 20 hours. Responsibilities will include: creating job descriptions, coordinating and managing job postings, screening applicants and checking references, scheduling and leading job interviews, assisting with employee benefits administration, tracking employee training, leading employee activations and assisting supervisors with performance management.
