> Front line help desk technical support

> Project management and deployment
> Must be able to present themselves with professional mannerism when meeting with Client Management
> Must be self motivated, directed and can manage projects on their own

Skills Required:

>Microsoft A+ certification
> Microsoft Office 2010
> Office 365
> Mobile device set up and configuration--Blackberry, Android, Iphones
> Network security and backup management/configuration--Symantec backup
> Network setup and support--Cisco routers/switches
> Desktop repairs and installation running OS/Windows 7 Pro
> MS Server 2008 or later--Active Directory and Group Policy deployment--Server Hardware configuration
> Apple Ipad knowledge and configuration
> 2 years technical experience in Help Desk envirornment
