Production Worker (Current Employee), Columbus, OH – March 24, 2013
Pros: weekly pay, friendly management!!
Cons: back and feet hurt from long hours :(
The work is easy, but you are on your feet for long periods of time, so your feet/back probably will hurt!! Pay is based on where they send you!! My experience has been positive,I was interviewed by the Regional Manager and he is Great!!! I have about 15 yrs management experience myself which probably helped with getting on a 1-2 week waiting list for – more... a good site. My daughter works with me currently and is also on the same waiting list I'm on... The site we are working at for the next 1-2 weeks doesn't pay as much, but the people are very friendly, and have told us both they like our work! It is what you make it!!!! Work hard and show up...they will find you a good site!!! – less
Liaison for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Louisiana (Current Employee), Detroit, MI – January 23, 2013
I have been with S3 for about 3yrs, while working here my manager was very attentive, concerned, and open to suggestions. I pride myself on being able to complete my schooling and work during the evening. My manager has always worked with me as far as my schedule, S3 is a good company that offers a broad range of employment opportunities. It's in the – more... heart of downtown Detroit. My co-workers are friendly always willing to extend a hand, they're all strong team players, knowledgable and very motivational. – less
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Detroit, MI – November 13, 2012
taking more than 60 inbound calls per day assisting customers with orders, management is not helpful but forceful when it comes to policies and procedures. I have learned nothing more than I already knew at this location and the hardest thing about the job is being appreciated and valued for my hard work.
Fun people to work with monthly...Wii tournaments and various company wide trips
Resource Coordinator (Former Employee), Richmond, VA – August 14, 2012
Pros: good compensation plan, great people to work with
Cons: poorly managed, unwillingness to change
S3 had some of the most friendliest people I've ever connected with. Everyone got alone well and made coming to work enjoyable. In the time I was employed with S3 I learned a lot about the staffing industry specificly do's and don'ts.. I felt upper management was clueless in the pressure they put on individuals daily with little encouragement. The hardest – more... part of my job was ensuring my efforts didn't go unnoticed. – less
