LOCATION: Calgary Corporate Head Office
HOURS: Flexible within business hours

This is a 1-year contract position covering for maternity leave, reporting to the Director of Client Services. The Client Services Specialist is a software expert who works closely with existing clients as well as the client services, development, business development and quality assurance teams within the company. This Role will primarily be the software trainer for internal staff and external clients who will use our software. Projects often assigned will include configuring and implementation of software for clients. As a Client Services Specialist you may also spend time on the consulting side of our business analyzing process and recommending best practice. Duties would include:

Acting as a knowledge expert for the Strata Health product suite
Designing training programs appropriate to the skills needed
Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
Preparing training and learning environments and resources
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
Deliver training on the use of our application both onsite and via webinars
Develop and update software manuals and release notes
Performs analysis on business requirements and produces technical specifications as required
Technical Writing of new features
Assist healthcare organizations in creation of training plans
Answering usage questions and troubleshooting reported software problems.
Proactively working with clients to verify software and/or network behavior.
Maintaining and tracking all client related activities
Ensure all deadlines and due dates are met.
Willingness to travel to roll out training (travel is dependent on training needs for new projects)
Assists with special projects and other tasks as required

Preference given to applicants with a University / College Degree
Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
