Journeyman Welder (Former Employee), Nisku, AB – February 8, 2013
Pros: plenty of work= plenty of o/t
Cons: lack of managment decisions that even the labour could see was wrong.
typical day required knowledge of welding and blueprint reading. with this knowledge of cutting and fitting allowed me to build product according to specifications. management started out well but went downhill as they did not show competency in there day to day operations. hardest part of day was keeping managment out of hair, while trying to perform – more... tasks to accomplish there requested work. enjoyed working with my fellow employees. – less
Operator/Field Tech (Current Employee), Williston, ND – July 3, 2013
Pros: great enviroment
Cons: not home enough
12 hour day 7 days a week, i was new to the oil field i have learned alot by experienced and traind co workers and managers. Worst part of the job would have to be Cold winters and hot summers. Unpredictible weather. Great co workers make the day go by faster.

Pros: in an industry that is thriving
Cons: too many changes in consistancies and management.
Have learned a pletora of thingswith this company. The companies values and Principles are to be desired but all in all it is a growing company with major growing pains. I enjoyed working for this company and would do it again.
