Pros: amazing team
Cons: rude customers
It's always fun to work at Stitches, the whole team makes me feel like family. I love how everyone is such a great team player, always helping people find things, getting them a change room, or even ringing them through the cash register. I honestly love my job at stitches!

Pros: dicounts
Cons: low wage
Friendly staff, and customers, easy going management. Everyone was happy to be there. I learnt how to put clothing away and more organizing skills. Everyone had their own task to do all day. Most enjoyable part and still is working with the best manager.

Sales (Current Employee), Abbotsford, BCNovember 18, 2013
Pros: the people i worked with, helping others, good communication
Cons: not enough hours
Sign in a the computer, read any and all updates and memos from head office and store management. Cleaned store, and restocked before store opening. Always on feet, stocking, getting clothing items down for customers. Answering any and all questions customers might have about merchandise, policies, and outfits. Management at Stitches Abbotsford is outstanding. – more... The assistant managers are just are great, they are easy to talk to and let you know if you need any improvement. The hardest part of the job was remembering all the codes for different items. The most enjoyable part about working at Stitches was helping people. To have them leave satisfied and having a lot of those customers return. – less

The Stitches Work Environment
Sales Associate (Former Employee), Vaughan, ONMay 24, 2013
Pros: working with different knids of personalities (co workers)
Cons: irrational customers
A typical day at stitches; interacting with customers, stocking new merchandise, there was always a positive and welcoming atmosphere, continuously learning about the company and their products. The management team always encouraged the employees to work hard and made us feel like we were a part of a team when making decisions. The majority of my previous – more... coworkers brought positive energy to the workplace. I would say the hardest part of the job would have to be encountering the few ignorant and irrational customers, other than that the job was a breeze. What I most enjoyed about working at stitches was working with my coworkers on the holiday hours. – less

Sung Lee Taekwondo
Sales Representative (Former Employee), Edmonton, ABApril 15, 2013
Pros: free classes
Cons: long extra hours
When I went in to work, I delved into all the correspondence, forms and documents that needed to be processed. As well as going through the stock to ensure that we had what we needed. I was constantly giving out information to the public and students. The hardest part was following protocols, the manager was a very kind lady but she went against policies – more... to help people. The most enjoyable part, was talking to everyone and getting to know people, we were like a family. – less
