The Parts Driver is responsible for pickup and delivery of projects/orders and materials from vendors and customers in a timely and safe manner. The driver coordinates his/her workload to meet company requirements and works closely with the purchasing department and other company personnel and is the main interface with suppliers and must provide a competent and personal representation of the company.
The Driver is responsible for coordinating with the Purchasing department to schedule daily deliveries and pick-ups.
This position also must communicate effectively with the Shipper/Receiver to ensure that all parties are informed and up to date with respect to timelines for delivery.

Qualifications require a valid driver’s license; familiarity with surrounding area, and the ability to read a map; excellent driving skills; the ability to operate Forklifts, Pallet Jacks; Skid steer and the ability to load and unload delivery goods. Qualified individuals must have a current Driver’s abstract, comply with all traffic laws & OH&S safety requirements; and maintain the vehicle in a clean and good working condition.
