Steve Madden is looking for motivated and experienced individuals to lead our BAYSHORE store team. Our environment is fast paced, and requires the Managers to maintain a balance of energy and professionalism.
·To achieve or exceed financial plans through effective planning and execution thereby contributing to the Company’s overall financial results.
·To ensure that Customer Service levels are met and exceeded beyond expectations at every opportunity; function as a role model by ensuring that the client remains the top priority
·To contribute to long term growth through minimum turnover, recruiting high level candidates as needed; maintaining and developing a store team of managers and service associates while holding individuals accountable for performance and practice
·Ensure the store meets merchandising and maintenance standards; to have the ability to implement visual techniques and substitute within visual guidelines
·Have the ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all store activities
·Have strong verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate clearly with store team, Store Supervisor, and Head Office
·Have minimum 3 years in management experience
·Have minimum 5 years in retail experience
