Company is going under when you see the "dealer principal" take a down grade on her title to "general manager". Company is hard to work for and hard to make happy. Dirty managers and hr is no friend of yours. Turn over is so big there is no point in making friends. Shift work is involved and team meetings are useless as well as change management. Until there is new management structure in this place it will never add up.
