Our client is a leading national manufacturer and distributor of agricultural inoculant products. Due to increased demand for their product line, they seek an experienced Sales Representative to manage their Saskatchewan territory, the successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager and have the following responsibilities:

- Increase sales by expanding market expansion
- Expand the existing network of agricultural retailer and distributors
- Deliver sales results consistent with the company sales strategy for Western Canada
- Develop the technical knowledge required to sell and represent the product portfolio
- Participate in training seminars and support retailers, distributors and growers in order to increase product awareness
- Manage bookings and sales for execution of the established sales strategy
- Update and maintain the sales forecast and reporting
- Participate in strategic business planning and execution

- 3-5 years minimum experience of agricultural sales in SK with a well- established network
- Good understanding of the field crop market, especially pulse crops
- Proven self- starter
- Proven ability to work effectively out of a home based office environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize work and drive multiple activities in parallel
- Post- secondary education in Agriculture an asset
- Ability to travel throughout Western Canada
- Strong MS skills
