A Starkey Partner Hearing Clinic with locations in Collingwood & Wasaga Beach is looking for an energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented person who can deliver superior customer service. We are looking for someone who is friendly, courteous and personable and offers a pleasant smile and warm welcome to customers.
This person will assist with day to day functions which will include but are not limited to:
·All general reception duties including greeting customers and offering a warm welcome
·Answer and direct telephone calls, book and confirm appointments
·Maintain and update database information
·Provide sales and service for all hearing device accessories
·Learn to service and provide minor repairs to Hearing Aids
·Perform other office duties as required
·Several years of Health/Medical office sales & customer/patient service would be a great asset
·Experience working with the elderly would be an asset
*You must be available to work on Saturdays and at least two evenings per week*
