The Bilingual SA Sales Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships within an existing customer segment or contract, grow or expand ship to compliance and retain actively purchasing customers on some of our Mandated Strategic Accounts. This position will be responsible for contacting the customer via phone and internet on a regular basis in order to perform account on boarding, account maintenance, account set up, eway.ca training, etc. The Inside Sales Coordinator will partner with (SAE’s) Strategic Account Executives to drive sales growth and margin enhancement on targeted accounts.
Perform all inside sales coordinator duties including, but not limited to, customer contact via phone and internet on a regular basis, managing compliance of existing account ship to’s or on boarding newly won customers, train and educate each customer of program offerings. Accurate and up to date notes and documentation within saleforce.com on all customer interactions.
Effectively demonstrate the ability to communicate company value and services in addition to features and benefits.
Act as liaison with Manager and SAE’s to coordinate sales activities and drive penetration of all lines of business with focus on growing sales and margin.
Be able to successfully engage in balancing multiple tasks through the use of good time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Account Management and problem solving skills a must. Specific customer segment knowledge a plus, (Healthcare, Government & Strategic & Large Corporate Contracts)
Strong management and organization aptitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on excel
Ability to drive sales and margin results
Ability to build partnerships across the organization
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in both English and French
Bachelor or college degree
