Waste of money and waste of time. Duties get very twisted and convoluted. Main management likes to gossip about employees who do or don't accept job offers or even get the jobs. If someone is a prospect and they accept the job offer or get it, then they are on there bragging about it for self-gain. Cons: not trustworthy
This Company is very misleading for a "staffing agency" They have you pay $68.00 a month with all these false promises about how much money you can make, what jobs they actually have available. 9 times out of 10 they don't even have relationships with the employers, so instead of an Independent Consultant/Recruiter you are now a Sales person.
