Our client, a reputable Insulation company in Mississauga is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator to join their team immediately on a full time basis.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
-Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner
-Answer incoming calls politely and efficiently
-Answer customer walk-in inquiries
-Follow up with product recommendations and price quotes
-Provide support to Outside Sales team
-Process credit card payments, credit verifications and inquiries
-Create reports, spreadsheets and powerpoint presentations as needed
-Attend to customer concerns and queries
-Data Entry

The must-haves for this role include:
-Excellent communication skills
-Great Data Entry skills
-Able to mutli-task and prioritize
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-Learn and adapt quickly and efficiently
