Legal Administrative Assistant (Vancouver) Staff Systems is currently recruiting for a Legal Administrative Assistant for our client.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: -Providing administrative support -Preparing legal documents, along with word processing, editing and black-line comparisons of legal agreements and contracts -Preparing Powerpoint presentations -Coordinating department meetings and events -Calendar management and travel coordination -Preparing monthly expense statements -Overseeing department vacation and out of office schedules -Coordinating the signing of agreements -Archiving old files and maintaining archive binders -Managing all incoming phone calls and all general office duties as needed (including filing, mail, photocopying, etc)
Requirements and Qualifications: -A minimum of 2 years experience in a legal administrative role -Working knowledge of public company operations -Experience with administrative aspects of planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing -Advance Microsoft Office skills -Highly organized, excellent time management skills and can work with tight deadlines -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Takes initiative, self-motivated and extremely flexible -Ability to manage confidential issues with tact and diplomacy -Ability to find timely and effective solutions to problems that may arise
