TEAM LEAD POSITION/CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are currently hiring a Team Lead to head a Quality team for a local West End Toronto Company.
This is a sorting company, your job will be to supervise, delegate, track and adhere to all client needs, while being responsible for a staff of 6 to 10.
Candidate must be flexiable to work different shifts pending on clients needs. Job requires you to travel (mileage paid and walkie phones provided). As you will be travelling through out the GTA.
You must posess excellent customer service skills, good with math and Windows programs, Organization is a must. Personality plus is needed for this position as you will wear many hats to stay focused on job at hand.
