Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Recruiter is expected to be flexible
and may be asked to work a variety of hours based on account needs, projects, vacation schedules and special assignments. The Recruiter manages the day-to-day recruitment activities of the account to ensure strategic goals and objectives are met. The responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and orienting new hires.

Job Description:
+ Complete weekly AdPlans, Recruitment Requirements and Ad Specification forms when required and make educated media purchase decision. Coordinate the applicant flow and interview times
+ Recruit candidates according to client needs, conduct behavioral interviews and make informed
hiring decisions
+ Complete client specific orientations for all new hires. Ensure that all appropriate information is being presented in a clear and concise manner
+ Develop an understanding of Staff Management products and services
+ Through initiative, look for ways to improve the account by developing and simplifying procedures and finding solutions to problems before being asked
+ Provide support, delegation and direction to ensure that the proper tools are being used to fill orders in a timely and consistent manner
