great atmosphere and students, small university
Adjunct Associate Professor Human Kinetics (Former Employee), Calgary, ABMay 3, 2012
The university has good intentions, but is a small university. Most of the faculty is part-time and the salary is below other universitys for sessional professors. The support is there though - limited direction but progressive. Small class sizes which is fantastic for teaching - students are great!

a varied work experience
student ambassador (Former Employee), twickenhamMay 29, 2014
As this was not the normal job and a temp job, you never quite knew where you would be sent to work. A typical working day as an ambassador was during the open days. A brief meeting giving all the information you would need on that day and then away you go on giving guided tours.

The people that I worked with were from all different walks of life and – more... wide age range. I wouldn't say I found this hard but could sometimes be challenging was getting groups of children engaging in planned activities. Overall I enjoyed my time as an ambassador with the different experiences I had/ – less
