The Director of Development contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively and strategically leading the Fundraising, Special Events and Grant writing functions for all programs under the St. Andrew’s Community umbrella. Leading all fundraising initiatives and activities of the organization you are directly responsible for the development and implementation of the annual giving program, developing and building a Major Gifts Program; planning and implementing special events; and researching and writing grant proposals. The Director is also responsible for managing all awareness and fundraising special events and supporting third party fundraising initiatives. This is a new role for our organization and as such you have the ability to be creative in designing the characteristics of your own role and program.
