It is very productive and the recreational facility are satisfy and good.
QUALITY MANAGER (Former Employee), Malawi, AficaMarch 23, 2015
Pros: free food such as breakfast, lunch and dinner
Cons: we have some break along the road by bringing our food
The typical at work some are satisfy some are not even during investigation and inspection on site and alignment railway.
What I learn in this company is about the work ethics within the company rules. I had also Learn the testing of the sleepers and how are they manufacture.
The co workers are cooperative and very coordinated with each other to every task work to done. the reporting are properly recorded and submitted to Manager.

The Management are well coordinated with the personnel to every task of activity.

The hardest part of the Job was the other work activity that the prime contractor has doing on the alignment and other field, some are short cut and some are not follow the methods of instruction.

The most enjoyable part of the job was during the construction and inspection of the concrete culvert and the insitu concreting, the concrete that has with honey comb and crack after curing and we make a audit report on it for reworks on the day but when we inspect the site on the following day it was back filled with earth fill and cover the crack and other honey comb without repair.

Technical Leaders in Mineral Resources
Mining Engineer (Current Employee), south africaFebruary 22, 2015
Pros: great responsibility
Cons: rigid corporate structure
SRK Consulting are technical leaders in mineral resources sector and the global footprint results in endless resources being offered to employees. The corporate structure and career advancement is however very rigid and outdated, which results in a gap between management and general employees.
