Spring Creek Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic Office Manager, who is seeking an opportunity to be a part of our great team.

THE ROLE:
Carry out administrative office duties including payroll, benefits, source deductions and other related HR responsibilities
Manager office team, including hiring, firing, reviews and disciplinary actions and any related concerns
Cross training with full office team
Assist owners with all ad hoc requests
Preparation of all year-end documents for auditors
Knowledge of government requirements including tax request and follow up
Assist in preparation of budgets
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable -- accountability to Owners
Bookkeeping
Ensure all deadlines are met
Some project work

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in supervisory role
Minimum of 5 years' knowledge / understanding of payroll, benefits and related functions
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point and Quick Books a must
Familiarity with the trucking industry
Understanding fuel and related truck costs would be an asset
