We are currently seeking a at our Head Office location. The Receptionist / Safety Administration will work at the front desk and provide support to the Admin team.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
 Answering calls at reception
 Handling mail and preparing out bound courier packages
 Filing and maintaining the corporate filing systems
 Organize written fieldwork/paperwork that comes in from the job sites
 Compile safety statistics based on project documentation
 Assist with bid pre-qualification submissions
 Purchasing office and jobsite supplies and maintaining stock
 Providing administrative support as needed
 Basic accounting support
 Administration of all the safety documentation
 Compiling monthly safety statistics
 Book safety training as required
 Assist in any other safety related projects

Required Skills:
 Attention to detail
 Experience with safety documentation an asset
 Construction experience an asset
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
 1+ years of administrative experience
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 Friendly disposition
 Proven ability to work as a team player
