Sprague-Rosser Contracting is a civil, industrial and commercial construction company that was founded over 45 years ago. Our company is growing quickly and we are looking for reliable team players to grow with us. We are currently seeking an Estimator to work along side Sprague-Rosser’s Estimating team.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
 Review and interpret construction blueprints
 Provide preliminary budgets, cost plans and value engineering exercises
 Oversee the tender and award of general and sub contracts
 Assist with contract administration
 Develop and maintain positive working relationships with owners, contractors and subcontractors
 Complete projects for the Chief Estimator as needed

Required Skills:
 3+ years Estimating experience in the Construction Industry
 Solid understanding of the bid process
 Experience and accuracy in quantity/volume calculations
 Strong time management, problem solving and documentation skills
 Computer experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project)
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
