The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales & Support Coordinator is to manage the activities of their assigned market (industry or geographic area). The Coordinator will support the Field Sales with Target and existing customers in all aspects of customer management, proposal generation, and documentation, as outlined in the Order Creation Process.
*Pricing / Quoting Standard & Special Items;
*Technical inquiries / clarifications;
*Managing customer inquiries related to sales matters;
*Quoting annual business quotes;
*Issuing significant quotes, following up and negotiating ensuring successful closure;
*Evaluating / qualifying customers;
*Quarterly sales analysis;
*Coordinates the activities of the Field Sales effort to enhance the work effectively and to achieve specific sales objectives;
*Provides administrative assistance and coordination of sales projects to the field staff through all phoases of Order Creation process including the initiation of A-Orders, generating technical reports and commercial proposals, distribution of catalogs and sample requests per company policy and procedures;
*Works closely and collaborativelly with Customer Service Personnel to ensure the highest level of customer responsiveness, and customer support in sales related matters;
*Performs all other work as assigned by Management
The Inside Sales & Support Coordinator is critically important to ensuring the success of the Field Sales Engineer primarily by referring qualified customer leads to the Field Sales organization.
Standards of Performance
1. Timely response to Field Sales, Product Sales and Customer inquiries.
2. Contact database updates / documentation is complete, clear and concise in accordance with all governing policies and procedures.
3. Organize annual PPAP submittals, and follow up with customer to ensure PPAP approval.
