We are currently seeking a Trust Administrator/ Administrative support. As a Trust Administrator/ Administrative support, you are working with a team to provide trust support services to our clients which include the following:

Client Meetings
- Assist in the organization of trust meetings, including coordinating client travel and meeting arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials required
- Attend trust meetings
- Prepare the minutes of trust meetings
- Follow-up on activities from trust meetings

Financial Management
- Assist in managing the monthly expenditure requirements of the trusts
- Assist in managing the monthly cash flow requirements of the trusts
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and cash flow schedules for trust operations

Trust Administration and Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the trust files in conjunction with team
- Assist in organizing annual client consultation process including preparing consultation materials, responding to client calls/emails, administering the voting process and summarizing the results
- Respond to client inquiries
- Liaise with other consultants on trust matters as required, including legal counsel, investment managers, investment consultants, auditors etc...
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures for trust operations, economic development or program guidelines
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, annual reports and proposals as requires and requested
- other projects and support as required


- Completed a relevant undergraduate diploma/degree with strong academic credentials
- Minimum 2-3 years banking, trust or administrative related experience
- Full cycle bookkeeping work experience preferred
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and new approaches to solutions
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Aboriginal clients is an asset
